About Us

Excellence in Neurosurgical Care, Built on Experience, Precision, and Trust

Level One Neurosurgery was founded on a simple principle: patients deserve neurosurgical care that is safe, evidence-based, compassionate, and uncompromising in its clinical standards. Led by Peter A. Zahos, MD—a board-certified neurosurgeon with more than three decades of experience—our practice blends advanced surgical expertise with the thoughtful, individualized attention every patient deserves.

We are committed to delivering world-class care across New Jersey and New York, prioritizing patient education, conservative treatment principles, and exceptional surgical outcomes.
